What is up with my ghost shrimp?

I noticed one of my shrimp today and was wondering what's up with it? Maybe ready to molt? The pic isn't real clear and close up sorry. But it looks white like a termite.

Is it moving? They turn white when they die, but it could also be shedding yeah. Hard to tell with the pic.

I seen it yesterday, so it's still kicking. I think it might be shedding.
