Black moor eye infection

Any one knows whats wrong with my fish and how to treat it. I already used interpet anit bacterial and fungus medicine with salt treatment. Quarantined with doing daily water change

They r in quarantine and water parameters were fine when checked. There r 2 other goldfih in my 3 feet tank n they r fine just black moor and interestingly both got it. Started off with a small bruise and became liek this.nothing to with water
