Florida Keys Salt Water Pond

I want to install a 500 gallon salt water pond, how may gallons per hour should I circulate from the ocean?

Also, my pond is going to be a existing, in-the-ground, 4'x4'x4' concrete tank. Do you have any design ideas?

It will be on the North side of the house, therefore it will be shaded.

Do you have any suggestions on what critters I should collect?

check out the salt water forum for advice and also there is a shark and ray central forum that I also read a lot. There is a lot of advice about salt water ponds/large tanks there.
