Water change every two weeks temperature problem

I have a 120-gallon goldfish tank. My fish tank temperature normally always stays between 68 to 67 degrees. I live where it's cold most of the time and when I do a two-week water change it drops to 63 to 64 degrees.

To let you know I use reverse osmosis and hooked up from a hose outside due to bad water conditions.

Is it okay for the water to drop that cold?

Should I buy a heater just for changing the water?

I dont pay enough attention to temperature matching during water changes, and often see temperature drops like that with no consequence. And im keeping tropical fish, temperate fish should be more tolerant.

Are you seeing any issues?
