Generally Epsom salts are used with fish for bloat.

It is pure Epsom salts with no additives. Available in the pharmacy section of the pharmacy or grocery.

But I have never used this for a frog, so I can't even comment if it is ok to use on one. You could lower the water. Make sure you have clean water, fresh with pwc. What are the parameters of the water?
