I've read that adf will eat gammarus shrimp.. Would it be worth beading them to feed to my 3 adf ??

Are these live, FD, or frozen? If live they may have a hard time finding and catching them (Gammarus can swim/burrow quickly). FD floats

Was thinking of breeding them.. I could then freeze them and give to the adf
