They also need to breathe water believe it or not, they are also very blind and have a hard time seeing, and they are not the best swimmers funny enough and if there is to much length for him to swim up and get air he may want to relax at the top. if he doesnt get air he may drown, just a thought to keep in mind.
Has he been eating?
