African dwarf frog- white/yellow lumps

Hi guys,

I’m really new to owning fish (and frogs) I was set up at prtsmart with 2 ADF and a betta fish. Everything has been going well since April until last week when I noticed one of my frogs has these lumps..

He otherwise seems the same and my betta and other frog have not shown any sign of the lumps.

I went back to pet smart and they sent me home with Pimafix. I’ve been using it for a week but nothing has changed. I have been unable to find anything online about this issue.

The pics I’ve attached are the ones I’ve recently noticed on his belly but the original one was on his back.

Any advice would be great.
