any recommended turtle sites?

I'm looking at getting a few turtles and I'm wondering if anyone has a reputable turtle seller website? I've never bought a live animal online before so no clue where to go. I've seen some nice prices and turtles but I don't know if the site can be trusted.

Do turtles require cycled tanks like fish in order to thrive? Once I migrate my inhabitants to their new home, my brother-in-law wants my old tank for his turtle.
