Both ADFs acting strangely??

I just got my first ADF's last week. One of them, Jumanji, started out really active, but over the days has been hiding a lot, and now that he's out I've noticed he looks as though he hasn't been eating. I normally feed them thawed frozen bloodworms. He also stays at the bottom of the tank a lot.
My other frog, Scrappy, was the shy one at first. Yesterday I was cleaning debris out of the tank after a feeding, and I realized he was just floating sprawled out at the top of the water. He isn't dead - I'm looking at him right now, chilling in the top of a fake plant.
So my questions are: How do I get my frog to eat? Do the bloodworms have to be a certain temperature before my frog will touch them?
And also, Is my floaty friend sick, or just looking for a spot near the surface to hang out? Is this the beginning of dropsy?
Thanks for your help!
