Help! My aquatic frog is sick!

Help! My poor aquatic frog is sick! Bloated, looks like his putter skin is filling with water! He has been like this for 2 weeks. I have changed water weekly , he is eating , Miving around , singing sometimes too. Today I noticed he has red spot on belly! I have antibiotics just put in water and out him in bowl and going to boil his gravel and keep him in bowl with antibiotics overnight
Have you heard of this before!? What do I do? I have had him 5-6 years. Thought dropsy but that looks diff from what I have seen. I will post video
Please help!

I am almost certain this is dropsy, my frog had passed looking similar to this. I had noticed a red spot on the belly and noticed the tummy getting pretty big, the next day it had died.

I wont tell you 100% that it is dropsy but it may be
