Aquarium Advice Newbie
I have had my almost-adult axolotl for a few days now, and things have seemed pretty normal with a few exceptions. His gills are not curled forward or anything and seem comfortable otherwise. What I have noticed are the occasional float to the top and active swimming. He does spend quite a bit of time on the bottom chilling during the day, but I still worry he might be ill or constipated. The temp of his water is usually in the 60-65 degree range.
