Mated/African dwarf frogs

Attached are images of my "pregnant" African Dwarf Frogs. I believe my female is about to lay eggs, and I don't know how to care for them.

Do you have a separate nursing tank that is 5 gallons, usually if you are going to care for the eggs you want to move them fairly quickly into a separate tank giving them room to hatch and grow while feeding them.

I havent had any success with mating but this is the information I have gathered over time, hope this helps
