Tiny black dots on ADF tank

I found these little black dots all over the bottom of my African dwarf frog tank. I just cleaned the tank 2 days ago. I cought them in an embrace last night and they were still in an embrace this morning. Is it possible that these are eggs?!

Yes. They are eggs. It is highly likely they will be eaten.
