15 Gal. Tank test results

so this is my first tank and here are my test results since March 19 and first water change.
PH - 8.0
Amonia - 0.0
Nitrate - 0.0
Nitrite - 0.0
Salinity - 0.025

have you cycled the tank yet? If not, that's the first thing you need to do. If you did, how did you get your nitrates to 0?

I havent done anything special, just took my time. I have about 20 lbs of live rock, a filter. One Blue Damzel Yellow tail and one Shrimp. I started with the fish after a month and the shrimp a week later. I had a Blue- Green Chromis but he died.
