1st SW What media in Mag 350

I have a 46 gallon tank that I am setting up, it is my first SW tank looking to start with a FO eventually WLR.

at the moment

no LR
no Fish
some base rock

I have 2 magnum 350's one with biowheels one w/o. what should I put in the media chamber?

I like purigen. Keep in mind GAC needs to be replaced about every 1-2 weeks depending on bioload or it will leach nasties back into your system.
