275litre (75gallon) filtration

Could I run a marine / reef tank on a aqua clear 110 and a hob refugium? Along with live rock and live sand? Don't really want to drill the tank cheers thanks for the advice/ answers ?

Yes but I'd definitely run a hob skimmer as well.
Edit: I'd use a better skimmer, those 2 in ones aren't that effective.
