30 gallon build

So my empty 30 gallon eclipse will be turned into a saltwater. Hopefully, either tomorrow or Sunday I will get the live sand, salt and other things. Do I fill up tank, add salt then wait a few days to put in the sand and live rock or what?

Live rock, then sand, then water to start the cycle. Make sure you have water movement ( power heads) and a heater then you will need an ammonia source to kick start the cycle...

Personally I got the water in first then the rock and sand because the longer live rock is out the water the more bacteria will die, same with if you out it in non salt water.
