Added sand and cot really cloudy but now it's all white, over my rocks

I just added sand and it has cleared up. Bit now it is white stuff all over the rock and everything else. Do I have to take the rock out piece by piece and do a fresh rodi dip?? Any suggestions.

its sand that has kicked up when you added it you can blow it off if you want just curious were you adding more sand to an already cycled tank? i see a fish swimming in there

I took sand out because I was cheap and put in white plat sand from homedepot. I took most of the sand out and replaced it with new sand. I know it is going to cycle a little but what should I do about the rock. Yes the tank is about 8 months old
