Bought a blister pack of different brine shrimp and one contains aloe Vera, can anyone tell me the beneficial usage if aloe Vera, to be honest I thought it was actually poisonous!?

Not a good idea. That would basically be adding organic matter to your water, which will just pollute it.
It's said aloe vera enhances a fish's slime coat, to help heal injuries etc, it's an ingredient of the popular medication, Melafix. However, there is some debate on its effectiveness and some say it does nothing at all! I would not recommend adding parts of aloe vera in your tank. In a healthy established fish tank things like this would not be needed anyway.

The frozen brine shrimp with aloe vera is perfectly safe to feed. That said, I wouldn't put a lot of weight in the claims of benefit.
