does anyone know a good site for coral placement, waterflow, light etc? i usually go to liveaquaria but they dont have all the coral we want and we like to research the different coral so we know if it will do well in our tank or not. thanks

umm... you can check aquacon.com, anchofish.com, fishsupply.com, marinedepotlive.com, saltwaterfish.com, and it think that is all on my list.. hehe

For coral placement etc...I would recommend a book rather than any website ;), either that or doing individual google searches for each coral you are contemplating. IMO, a book is a better resource and is always there for you ;)

LOL, I can't remember the name right now, but the best one is Bornemans book, it is in our library page, which can be accessed through the front page.

I definitely agree with Kevin. The Borneman book - "Aquarium Corals, Selection, Husbandry, and Natural History", is the best of it's kind.

A decent website (but still not a substitute for the book) is >>>WetWebMedia<<
