anyone use CPR aquafuge PS

Does anyone use or know about the CPR Aquafuge PS. http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewItem.asp?idproduct=CR1743 I have the CPR bak pak 2R and I know that it returns bubbles to the tank. I am wondering if the Aquafuge PS does the same thing from the skimmer. I am thinking about using it on a 20gal long nano reef that I am currently planning. If someone has another idea (hopefully cheaper) for me, I would love to hear it!!
