AquaC remora protien skimmer

Hi I just bought an AquaC remora protein skimmer with a rio 600 pump and I went through the 1 week cycling period so I pit in my tank and the bubbles aren't reaching the top of the collecting cup. I've ran it all day today and there is algae on the glass ATM all I have in the tank is a clownfish and cleaner shrimp. Please help!!!!

Give it some time. My reef octopus bh1000 took about 4 days to start creating a foam that reached the top if the collection cup. The water bubbles should be just at the base of the cup.
