Best color spectrum?

I'm curious, what temp/spectrum do you feel is best for nems?
Would light in the 5500-7000K be good?

That's pretty white for sw, I'd want more blue to even out the spectrum.

10-20k is generally what you want. I like a 14-15k look as it is a nice crisp blue/white look

and I also assume it requires the more intense spectrum because of the light needing to penetrate the water and the coral/nem tissue. Does that sound about right?
