Just wondering if this is normal. Just picked up some live rock and some looked like that.

Can you tell us more about it? Is it slimy and blow off? Is it hard?

It's not really slimy feels kind of smooth and doesn't blow off. You can scratch it off with your finger nail

Hm, well I'm not sure on what exactly the kind of algae it is. I'm putting my money on a type of algae. Watch it some and we'll see what it turns into so we can get a better ID.
