Blue/Green Chromis

Two of my Blue green Chromis died within 2 days not sure what the issue could be parameters look good.

Can you tell us more about the system? It is hard to be of any assistance without any information.

30 gallon aquarium, Fluval 50, live rock, live sand, 3 Astrea snails, 1 turbo snail, 1 hermit crab.

Also 2 mini carpet anemones which was attached to the live rock I purchased.
