Bristle worms

Just noticed today a bunch of bristle worms in my soon to be reef which is cycling, are they bad or good? most are tiny this is the only larger one

Harmless scavengers. Most "bristleworms" we find in our tanks are harmless. You only need to watch out for the polychaete Hermodice carunculata which is rare to find. Those ones pictured are good detritus eaters.
