Calcium Level?

Tested my calc and wanted to raise it from 400 to 450. Bought TM Bio Calcium. The instructions stated to achieve a level of 400 to 410? This goes against anything I have learned so far. Could it be that in Europe they are all running their tanks at that lower value?

420 is what the calcium levels are on most reefs. 400 is perfectly fine and there is no advantage to keeping it any higher.

Thanks. Will just do my weekly PWC's then and let the new water take care of it. I do have a consistent 400.
