Can i put live sand over my black live aragonite?

From what I know, you can do that, but it will definitely get mixed in with the black Sand at some point, but that would look different. Nassarius will mix it, mandarins and scooter blennies will mix it, watchman gobies will, pistol shrimp for sure! Wrasses when they bury themselves. It's all a matter of what you love when you look at the tank.
 
Yes you can. You can also purchase black live sand. But the bigger question is why? If your sand has been in there a while, then it's already live sand.
