Can Salt go bad?

I just got a half bucket of old salt mix from the guy i bought my 125g from. Its prob 2 years old. It looks ok inside, not clumpy really just kinda different in texture.

is it safe to use ya think?

Usually if the salt has a "flakey" texture or clumps it has been exposed to moisture and should be replaced with new salt.
