I was wondering if i could put
1 Shrimp and Goby pair
1 yellow clown goby
1 green clown goby
1 tanaka pygmy wrasse
1 court jester goby
2x Occelaris Clowns
So can i fit this? Its going to be a reef.

No it's too much.
I would only keep 1 clown goby. And skip the wrasse. Court Jesters need very mature tanks... And they can be a little finicky, so ID skip it too.

You could probably get away with:
2x Occelaris Clowns
Shrimp And Goby Pair
Clown Goby,
And maybe later the court jester, but that's pushing it a bit.

I think you could do this. For a reef I would say go with 1" of fully grown fish per 3 gallons so that gives you 10" of fish but you have a few bottom dwellers on there so I think it would work. Not sure about the court jester goby. The only thing I would change is do 1 clown and add him last. If you must have a pair try to get a mated pair I put two random occilaris clowns in a 55 and one killed the other. The Pygmy wrasse looks awesome by the way!
