Cleaning live rock twice?

In trying to get rid of the previously mentioned white silky strings, is it a good idea to take out and clean my LR again? Would I be doing more harm than good to anything that may be establishing itself in the rock?

Some of that video you posted looks like a bit of normal die off and some of the white stringy things look like spaghetti or other worms. You want those.

Leave the rock alone. The white stringy things are supposed to be there. When you get a clean up crew they will take care of anything that should not be there.
