I recently started my first saltwater tank...a 30 gallon with eclipse filtration system. I Have about 8 lbs. of live rock in it among other decor. I added 3 pink damsel fish about a week ago to start cycling the tank. They are doing fine, but shortly after I added them my tank became cloudier. I assume this is because bacteria is starting to grow. Is this going to clear up, or is there anything I can do to make it clearer without messing up the cycle?
The ammonia level is between 0 and .1
Nitrate and Nitrite are both 0

My guess is that you are correct and it is a bacterial bloom. Usually, these will go away by themselves. Ammonia will also cause cloudy water so you'll want to keep a close check on that as well. I would give it a few days and see how it does.
