Coral skeleton question

I have been washing 3 coral skeletons for almost 2 months in a 10 gallon tank after changing the water today I noticed almost no debris right away if it continues that way for this week should I start it in salt water so it would be ready next month?

Update fir my lights, lfs owner was talking to me today while I was getting food fir the leopard Geko and to carry orbits now he has to match any online price as well so I checked when I got home Dr fostersmith has the one for my 30 for $149 guess I'll be getting light sooner then I thought muhahaa
