Cycling dry rock

I'm cycling 100 brs dry rock in a 55 gallon rubbermaid. 5 weeks now going good. I'm using some gfo and phosguard in there while cycling. Just checked readings with hanna checker. Phosphate at 0.16 is this good or bad. Realistically should it be lower? If so by how much?
