Cyle again?

MY friend wants to know if it's still cycled? He had a saltwater tank running for a year n took it took and a month later after empty he's gonna start over will it still be cycled or will he have to do the the whole process all over again?

I would think there's going to be some. Set it up, and after a few days test ammonia and nitrite.

It will need to be re-cycled, it may be a slightly shorter cycle, but I doubt it.
