Dosing-supplements ?

Hey folks, I'm already dosing for calcium and kh. Is there a general all purpose item you use when you do water changes?

You just started this tank didn't you? If your using a quality reef grade salt you shouldn't need to dose. How much are your #s dropping?

They aren't, just wondered if there is a maintenance bacteria. I always used one on me FW tanks.

Yep, tested the other day. All was well. Don't remember what the readings were off the top of my head.

Wise man once told me to never dose things you do not test for. Reef salt in the water changes you do is all you need

Mostly softies but buddy gave me three sps, only reason I started calcium and kh

I still don't think theres a reason to dose if levels aren't dropping bad.

Only the most sps heavy tanks require dosing. You should be fine with water changes.
