Dry rock Question?

Hi Gang
I got my order of rock from Marco Rocks and have a question about the curing/cycling thingy. I've got the rock in a 17 gal bucket filled with SW and some substrate & 1 small LR from the DT along with a 600gph pump circulating the water. The question is if no ammonia or nitrites are detectable after 3 or 4 days would It be considered safe to put in the DT?
