E-rock's 90 pic timeline

It's been a long time coming but today I am calling day one. The dry rock and salt are in. I am mostly starting this tread for my self just to document everything in one place. But constructive criticism is welcome. Also I started this tank on about as low of a budget as possible. So to anyone reading it possible and can be done. As a matter of fact up until I bought the skimmer. I bought everything using money I made from scraping metal.

Any ideas about when i should add live rock, sand. Ammonia? Any recommendation on budget lighting or a reef tank. (if those two words can be used in the same sentence) So far I am consider a cheap no name 6 bulb fixture off eBay, or if I get my way I would like to build an led fixture.
