Feeding

How do you guys feed your fish? I was feeding 2x a day in small portions, but now I'm trying to tone it down because I need to get rid of some red algae hair. I completely skipped feeding today, I figured I'd feed them once every other day for now. Well my fish starve?

Once a day is fine. Make sure you add vitamins to the food like selcon.

How old are your lights?

I just got the tank this march and didn't really run the lights up until august. I have a biocube 29. Can I get away with feeding once every other day till I get my algae straightened out.
