Feeding. How much? How often?

I have a 36g FOWLR with 2 clownfish, tuxedo damsel and clean up crew (peppermint shrimp, 3 white legged hermits, 4 turbo snails). How much and how often should I be feeding? I have flakes and the frozen squares of shrimp.

I feed my 55 reef every 3 days frozen mysis, brine...alternating. I also put in nori once a week. Works great for my system and keeping nutrient levels down.

Wow that's all? And how much frozen brine/mysis?

Roughly half a cube, but I'm heavier stocked and have a larger tank than you. You can easily get away with feeding sparingly every other day.
