Purigen, phosgaurd and polyfil. I've used chemi pure elite and like it, only switched because purigen can be recharged.

Haven't got my filter yet, but when i do it will be Biohome Ultimate, lasts for years from what i understand

Can just put it in my sump were the bubble trap is?

Not sure on a sump setup as I am looking at a fx6 canister.

here is some more info tho.
