no hackteck was joking and he meant a bag of them. one is the probably right where you want to be. see if you can get anything from your lfs old filter material or whatever. It should happen without any help, but try to keep light in tank to a min. do not use a protein skimmer and no more pwc's if your ammonia goes high it'll be ok... you have nothing in there to get hurt only more ammonia for the next bacteria. Also have you tried taking your water to the lfs, tried it against another kit for confirmation that you have no nitrites? double and triple checked you're doing the test properly? (this last one is prob not the case, but it's happened to others)
