Foam Brush

Would a foam brush that is generally used for painting be alright to clean algae off glass with or would it be to soft?

probably too soft, depending on the algae.

What would ya recommend? Anything homemade cause it's hard to get algae in small places.

well, for the glass i use a run of the mill razor blade. it works perfectly. you just have to rinse it in fresh water after because the salt eats any metal up with a quickness.

I use a gift card for quick clean ups it doesn't work as good as a razor blade but it works good enough for quick once a week scraping.
