For those of you who do not hate UV

If you had to use a UV Sterilizer, which one would you use?

Hey man dont hate on Jebo I have a 36watt and it works great. But I would reccomend the Turbo Twist. We have 3 of them down at Pet Supplies Plus and they also do the job.

Al right, I will leave Jebo alone. It also seems that the turbo twist is the choice for most. how is maintenance for the unit, seems like it should be very easy. Also, what flow rate do you use for your units?

Is the 9 watt Turbo Twist worth it for a 55 gal? I like the concept of the water being in contact with the uv longer but I don’t want to buy the 18 watt (or 36 watt) if it’s over kill. I’ve always had sparkling clear water as well so I’m kind of on the fence if it’s worth it.

36 watt and be honest I dont know the flow. Its just hooked up to one of my two return lines. I guess I need to find out.

I purchased a 9 Watt Trubo Twist for my 75 gal when I had green water it cleared the water three days.

Have not had a problem since.
