future 40 breeder stocking

Well, in august I am going to be upgrading my current 20g reef w/ 10g fuge to a 40 breeder w/ 20g fuge and am trying to figure out a good stocking list.

Currently I have:
2 Osc. Clowns
1 Firefish

I want to add:
Mcosker's Flasher Wrasse x2 Male and Female
Mandarin (After my pod population re establishes itself)
Randall's Goby

I was also considering adding 3 Spotted cardinals if the stocking of the tank allows.

I'm really not worried about feeding the Mandarin, I have a live phytoplankton culture that I add to my tank regularly and as a result my pod population is through the roof.

If anyone has any thoughts I would greatly appreciate some feedback.

I personally would forget the cardinals and just add one more firefish plus your wrasse pair , goby, and mandarin

I have three pajama cardinals. I like them, but it is true, they are not very active.
