garlic question

Is is possible to make your own garlic mixture to soak food in? If so can someone share with me what you need, measurements etc?

I have heard people using garlic oil, but I have never made it myself. But I imagine buying the pre-made stuff is a lot easier and almost as cost effective.

Raw garlic in a food processor or finely chopped until a watery mash works just fine as does purchasing canned garlic and using the residual juice from the jar.

I read the ingredients on a jar of minced garlic and on garlic guard. The only difference I found was one preservative in the garlic guar, otherwise they looked the same....
