So I have a Tetra Whisper HOB filter on my 60 g and currently all there is in it is what came with it. (I think carbon bags and some other media) I can't fit a sump to run any reactors but was wondering if it was possible to run GFO in this filter. If so, how would I go about doing this? Let me know what you all think.

Thanks

ben

You can put it in a filter bag but it wont be as effective as if it was in a reactor. make sure the flow kind of suspends the GFO and it doesnt just sit there like a rock. and follow the instructions on the box or what ever it comes in too much GFO and your corals WILL bleach

The reactor by two little fishes they call it a phosban reactor can be made to HOB with a kit the sell.
