Goniopora/Alveopora

Has anyone had any experience keeping either goniopora or alveopora in a system that uses an algae turf scrubber? I have read that they might have a better survival rate in these systems due to the increased plankton supplied by the scrubber. I also wonder if a large refugium would add enough to the water to equal the turf scrubber?

This is true, as with skimmerless tanks, but the success has still not been nearly enough to warrant keeping them in our tanks IMO.
