I just got a used 12 biocube and im having a hairline outbreak. Why and how can I fix it. For some reason my 55 gal never got hairline algae blooms but my biocube is and I dont understand why. I just put the protein skimmer on it and a 240 gph hydor powerhead. I thought more water movement would get rid of it, but its still growing. Thanks

Usually excess nutrients try scraping it off vacuuming it out then feed less

Ok ill do that are there any nano fish or inverts that will graze on it?

Emerald crab maybe? I hear blennys are good algae eaters tail spot blenny doesn't get big either go check if he will eat it if he does its a good bet. Snails too I like the bumble bee sbails
